QEVRA GLOBAL — DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Digital Product License Agreement ("License Agreement") governs the use of digital products purchased or downloaded from QEVRA GLOBAL.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, opening, editing, or using a QEVRA GLOBAL digital product, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

Please read these terms carefully before using any QEVRA GLOBAL product.

1. LICENSOR

QEVRA GLOBAL is referred to in this License Agreement as "QEVRA", "we", "us", or the "Licensor."

The purchaser or authorized user of a digital product is referred to as "you", the "Customer", or the "Licensee."

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS COVERED

This License Agreement applies to digital products offered by QEVRA GLOBAL, including but not limited to:

  • Microsoft Word templates;

  • PDF templates;

  • Canva templates;

  • Excel spreadsheets;

  • Excel dashboards;

  • Presentation templates;

  • Business document templates;

  • Employment document templates;

  • Personal document templates;

  • Official document templates;

  • Certificates;

  • Letters;

  • Forms;

  • Printable documents;

  • Business planning resources;

  • AI workflow resources;

  • Digital bundles;

  • ZIP packages; and

  • Other downloadable digital resources.

Specific products may contain additional license conditions stated on their product page or within the downloaded files.

3. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to compliance with this License Agreement, QEVRA GLOBAL grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased digital product.

The license permits use of the product for the customer's own personal or internal business purposes, subject to the restrictions described below.

Purchase of a digital product grants a license to use the product.

It does not transfer ownership of the original template, design, intellectual property, or underlying digital files.

4. PERSONAL USE

You may use purchased QEVRA GLOBAL products for legitimate personal purposes.

Examples may include:

  • Preparing personal letters;

  • Preparing applications;

  • Creating personal records;

  • Preparing requests or statements;

  • Completing administrative documents;

  • Preparing employment-related correspondence;

  • Creating personal presentations; and

  • Other lawful personal uses consistent with the intended purpose of the product.

You may edit the template with your own information before using it.

5. INTERNAL BUSINESS USE

You may use purchased QEVRA GLOBAL products internally within your own business or professional activities.

Permitted examples may include:

  • Preparing business letters;

  • Creating proposals;

  • Preparing client communications;

  • Preparing reports;

  • Creating presentations;

  • Using spreadsheets for internal business management;

  • Preparing company documents;

  • Preparing internal administrative documents;

  • Creating completed documents for business operations.

You may customize the purchased template with your own:

  • Business name;

  • Logo;

  • Branding;

  • Text;

  • Images;

  • Data;

  • Contact information;

  • Colors; and

  • Other appropriate content.

6. COMPLETED DOCUMENTS

You may create completed documents using a QEVRA GLOBAL template and provide those completed documents to relevant third parties where reasonably necessary for their intended purpose.

For example, you may provide a completed document to:

  • A customer;

  • A client;

  • An employer;

  • An employee;

  • A business partner;

  • A bank;

  • A landlord;

  • A government authority;

  • A professional adviser; or

  • Another legitimate recipient.

The completed document should contain your own information and be used for its intended purpose.

Providing a completed document does not grant the recipient rights to the original QEVRA GLOBAL template.

7. CLIENT USE

If you are a freelancer, consultant, agency, or professional service provider, you may use a QEVRA GLOBAL product to prepare a completed document for a client as part of a legitimate service.

However, you may not provide the original editable QEVRA GLOBAL template to the client as a reusable template unless a separate license expressly permits this.

For example:

Permitted:

You purchase a QEVRA business proposal template, customize it for a client, export the completed proposal as a PDF, and deliver the completed document to the client.

Not Permitted:

You purchase the template and then sell or transfer the original editable Word, Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, or other source template to the client as a reusable template product.

8. MODIFICATIONS

You may modify purchased products for permitted personal or internal business use.

Permitted modifications may include:

  • Changing text;

  • Adding your information;

  • Changing colors;

  • Adding your logo;

  • Changing fonts;

  • Replacing images;

  • Adding or removing sections;

  • Entering business data;

  • Adjusting formatting; and

  • Adapting the document for your legitimate use.

Modification of a QEVRA GLOBAL product does not transfer ownership of the underlying template to you.

A modified version remains subject to this License Agreement where it is substantially derived from the original QEVRA GLOBAL product.

9. PROHIBITED RESALE

You may not resell a QEVRA GLOBAL digital product.

This prohibition applies whether the product is:

  • Unmodified;

  • Partially modified;

  • Rebranded;

  • Recolored;

  • Renamed;

  • Converted into another file format; or

  • Included within another digital product.

Changing fonts, colors, text, branding, layout elements, or file formats does not create a right to resell the underlying template.

10. PROHIBITED REDISTRIBUTION

You may not distribute, share, upload, publish, transfer, or make the original digital files available to other persons.

This includes sharing through:

  • File-sharing websites;

  • Cloud storage links;

  • Public download links;

  • Social media groups;

  • Messaging groups;

  • Forums;

  • Email distribution lists;

  • Template libraries;

  • Membership websites;

  • Online marketplaces; or

  • Other digital distribution methods.

Each separate user or business requiring independent access to a QEVRA GLOBAL template must obtain an appropriate license unless otherwise expressly stated.

11. PROHIBITED TEMPLATE SALES

QEVRA GLOBAL products may not be offered for sale or distribution as templates through marketplaces or websites.

This includes, but is not limited to, offering QEVRA-derived templates through:

  • Digital marketplaces;

  • Template marketplaces;

  • E-commerce stores;

  • Print-on-demand platforms;

  • Design marketplaces;

  • Membership libraries;

  • Course resource libraries;

  • Digital bundles; or

  • Personal websites.

You may not represent a QEVRA GLOBAL template as a digital product created entirely by you.

12. CANVA TEMPLATE RESTRICTIONS

Where a product includes a Canva template link, the link is provided solely for authorized use by the purchaser.

You may not:

  • Publicly share the original Canva template link;

  • Sell access to the original template link;

  • Include the original template link in another digital product;

  • Upload the template to another template marketplace;

  • Redistribute the editable template;

  • Create a substantially identical template for resale.

You may customize the template for your permitted personal or internal business use.

Your use of Canva is also subject to Canva's applicable terms and licensing requirements.

13. WORD, EXCEL AND POWERPOINT FILES

Editable Microsoft Office files provided by QEVRA GLOBAL may be customized for permitted uses.

However, the original or modified source files may not be:

  • Resold as templates;

  • Uploaded to template marketplaces;

  • Distributed as free templates;

  • Included in paid template bundles;

  • Shared publicly;

  • Used to create a competing template library; or

  • Transferred to third parties as reusable source templates.

Completed outputs may be distributed where permitted under this License Agreement.

14. PDF FILES

PDF files may be used, printed, completed, or shared as finished documents for legitimate personal or business purposes.

However, blank or reusable QEVRA GLOBAL PDF templates may not be redistributed, resold, uploaded, or made available as downloadable templates.

15. PRINTING

You may print reasonable quantities of purchased products for your own personal or internal business use.

You may also print completed documents for legitimate recipients.

You may not mass-produce blank QEVRA GLOBAL templates for commercial resale unless a separate written license expressly permits it.

16. COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATIONS

This License permits certain business use of the product but does not grant unrestricted commercial resale rights.

For clarity:

You MAY:

  • Use a template in your business;

  • Customize a template for your company;

  • Create a completed document;

  • Send a completed PDF to a client;

  • Use a spreadsheet internally;

  • Use a presentation in a business meeting;

  • Submit a completed document to an organization;

  • Print completed documents for legitimate use.

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell the template itself;

  • Share the editable source file;

  • Sell a modified version as a new template;

  • Create a competing template product from the purchased file;

  • Upload the template to another marketplace;

  • Give the original template away for free;

  • Sell access to the download link;

  • Include the template in another digital bundle.

17. NO WHITE-LABEL OR PLR RIGHTS

Unless explicitly stated on the product page, QEVRA GLOBAL products do not include:

  • Private Label Rights (PLR);

  • Master Resell Rights (MRR);

  • Resell Rights (RR);

  • White-label template rights; or

  • Redistribution rights.

Purchasing a product does not authorize you to rebrand the underlying template and sell it as your own.

18. AI AND AUTOMATED SYSTEMS

Unless expressly permitted in writing, QEVRA GLOBAL digital products may not be used as a source library for systematic extraction, mass reproduction, or creation of substantially similar competing template collections through automated systems.

Nothing in this section prevents ordinary lawful use of software tools to edit or complete a purchased product for a permitted purpose.

19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

QEVRA GLOBAL retains all applicable rights, title, and interest in its original digital products, including:

  • Template designs;

  • Layouts;

  • Original written content;

  • Graphics;

  • Product structures;

  • Branding;

  • Downloadable source files; and

  • Other original materials.

Third-party fonts, graphics, software, trademarks, or other assets remain the property of their respective rights holders and may be subject to separate licenses.

20. TRADEMARKS

The QEVRA GLOBAL name, branding, logos, and related brand elements may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation, sponsorship, authorization, or endorsement.

Purchasing a digital product does not grant a trademark license.

21. LEGAL AND PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTS

Certain QEVRA GLOBAL products may resemble or assist in preparing:

  • Business documents;

  • Employment documents;

  • Official letters;

  • Certificates;

  • Agreements;

  • Administrative documents;

  • Financial documents; or

  • Other professional materials.

These templates are provided as general-purpose resources.

They do not constitute individualized legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment, immigration, or other regulated professional advice.

You are responsible for determining whether a template complies with the laws, regulations, procedures, or requirements applicable to your intended use and jurisdiction.

Where appropriate, obtain advice from a qualified professional before using a document.

22. THIRD-PARTY ASSETS AND SOFTWARE

Certain products may require third-party platforms or software.

Examples may include:

  • Microsoft Word;

  • Microsoft Excel;

  • Microsoft PowerPoint;

  • Canva; and

  • PDF software.

QEVRA GLOBAL does not grant licenses to third-party software or assets except where explicitly stated.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms and licenses.

23. LICENSE VIOLATIONS

If a customer materially violates this License Agreement, QEVRA GLOBAL may, where permitted by applicable law:

  • Terminate the license;

  • Restrict future access to affected products;

  • Suspend access to download links;

  • Request removal of unauthorized copies;

  • Submit infringement notices to relevant platforms; and

  • Pursue available legal remedies.

Termination of a license does not authorize continued possession, distribution, or commercial exploitation of unauthorized copies.

24. REFUNDS AFTER LICENSE VIOLATIONS

A customer whose access is restricted or license terminated due to a material violation of this License Agreement will not ordinarily be entitled to a voluntary refund on that basis.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

25. TRANSFER OF LICENSE

The license is granted to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, sublicensed, assigned, or sold to another person or business unless QEVRA GLOBAL provides written permission or the applicable product license expressly allows it.

26. UPDATES

QEVRA GLOBAL may update this License Agreement from time to time.

The license terms applicable at the time of purchase will generally govern that purchase, subject to changes required by applicable law and any additional rights expressly granted later.

27. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this License Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

28. APPLICABLE LAW AND MANDATORY RIGHTS

This License Agreement is subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this License Agreement limits consumer or other statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

30. ACCEPTANCE OF LICENSE

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, editing, or using a QEVRA GLOBAL digital product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Digital Product License Agreement.
